Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers We ship using multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your location and the size of your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

International Shipping We ship internationally! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
